There was a time when rushing a thousand-page bill through Congress so fast that no one has time to read it would have provoked public outrage. But now, this has been attempted twice in the first 6 months of a new administration.

The fact that they got away with it before, with the "stimulus" bill, may have led them to believe that they could get away with it again.

But the first bill simply spent hundreds of billions of dollars. The current "health care" bill threatens to take life-and-death decisions out of the hands of individuals and their doctors, transferring those decisions to Washington bureaucrats.

People are taking that personally-- as they should. Your life and death, and that of your loved ones, is as personal as it gets.

The mainstream media are again circling the wagons to protect Barack Obama, but this time it may not work. One of those front-page editorials disguised as a news article in the New York Times begins: "The stubborn yet false rumor that President Obama's health care proposals would create government-sponsored 'death panels' to decide which patients were worthy of living seemed to arise from nowhere in recent weeks."

Nowhere? Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel is "Special Advisor for Health Policy" for the Obama administration. That's nowhere? He is also co-author of an article on Americans' "over-utilization" of medical care in the June 18, 2008 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association. Is that nowhere?

Dr. Emanuel's article points out that Americans do not visit doctors or go into hospitals more than people in other industrialized countries. In fact we go to both places less often than people do in those other countries, which include countries with government-controlled medical care.

As the article points out, "It is more costly care, rather than high volume, that accounts for higher expenditures in the United States."

There are more Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) devices per capita in the United States, more coronary bypass operations and Americans use more new pharmaceutical drugs created within the past 5 years. Continued...

Obama Is A RADICAL
Obama is now and always has been a Narcissist and a Radical. A very dangerous combination.

Obama is public enemy #1 and should be treated as such.

Obama hates this country, the same has his dope-smoking hippy mother who spent her teen years smoking dope, and hanging out with enemies of the United States including Obama's African Muslim Radical father. This is something most Americans do not understand. The radical sixties communists in the United States enlisted and imported Muslim Terrorists to come to this country to join in with the U.S. Communists to protest and raise hell here in the communist effort to overthrow the United States. And, of course, you had your share who Joined into this dispicable movement who were were in it for the Free Drugs and Free Sex which is how the Communists recruited many of the Counter-Culture Hippies in this nation and abroad, and on top of this, the so-called Protest Group Leaders were actually paying Protesters up to $75 a day to carry signs. The MSM tries to portray this part of America's past as this Idealistic Movement, when in fact, it was nothing more than treason and the traitors who promoted and funded it Bought Their So Called Idealist Youth with Money, Drugs and Free Sex no matter what kind of pretty face they try and put on it now in retrospect. There are still some of us alive who witnessed this Debauchery and Slap in the Face of American Decency.

Downsizing Government and Debt!
And, I have not thrown around any specifics about balanced budgets. The government should never be allowed to spend more than it has. The same goes for individuals. This mentality of believing that massive debt is okay or acceptable is an insane idea. We have become a nation of Debt Slaves, and the country's so-called leaders have turned the nation into a Debtor-Nation that is enslaved to our Creditors who are the Communist Chinese Government, The Sauidis, The Japanese, The Germans, and others who do not necessarily care for the United States and would love to Re-Possess our nation, because we have no way to Re-Pay the monies we have spent. When you become a Debtor Nation, you are beholden to your Creditors. Do we really want to be Beholden to The Communists in China, The Muslims in Sauidi Arabia, The Japanese Businessmen, etc.? No, we don't, and if we are ever to Regain Our Economic Sovereignty, we have to Rein In Our Own Government and to do this, we need to Get Back To Basics in Government and do a Great Down Sizing in the Federal, State, and Local Governments.
